Account Managers provide top-quality service to our international client base – consulting and advising on translation projects and giving our clients a voice where none existed before!
GLOBAL ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT
Global Account Managers are involved in the business development of our client base – engaging in high-value projects and working with high potential clients. Global Account Managers are often involved in international expansion consultancy, as well as communications business partnering.
Our Linguists are the best in the world and are involved in the direct translation of documents of all kinds, shapes and sizes for our clients.
The Software Development department is tasked with the maintenance of Global Voices’ internal systems, as well as new development for our company’s technology infrastructure.
Administrators and Project Analysts are responsible for co-ordinating the quotation process and linking client requirements between Account Managers and Project Managers. This is a fast-paced department and a key role in our operations!
Project Managers can either work with Interpreters or Translators and play a key role in ensuring projects are delivered on time and within SLA/quality guidelines to clients.
Our marketeers ensure Global Voices online presence and visibility.
Working in our finance department requires a keen eye for detail and a commercial mindset. You’ll be working in a core function of Global Voices, delivering high quality advice to senior management.
